The following policy is applicable to all consumers who have purchased products from the Company, OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD, through its website, and have found the products unsatisfactory or different from the ordered ones. The policy has been formulated in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Contract Act, 1872, Sales of Goods Act, 1930, and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Overview

OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD. is committed to providing high-quality products to its consumers through Direct sellers and Authorized C&F of the Company. In the event of dissatisfaction with the products, the consumer can avail of the following return and exchange policy to receive a refund.

Validity Period

The validity period for exchange/replacement/refund is 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Important Conditions for Return or Exchange:

The consumer needsto ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning or exchanging the product:

  1. The product must be in its original and unused condition.
  2. The product must have in its original packaging.
  3. The product must have no visible signs of use.
  4. The consumer must inform the Company about the return of the product within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
  5. The consumer should not accept any open box deliveries.
  6. The return and exchange package must include everything that arrived with the package at the time of purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices and other documentation.

Criteria Under Which Company Will Not Accept Returns and Exchange

The Company will not accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances

  • If anything is missing from the package received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, etc.
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse.
  • If any product has been used.
  • If certain products have tampered or missing parts or serial numbers.
  • If the consumer has accepted an open box delivery, no request for return will be processed.
  • If certain products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene matters.
  • If the return request is made outside the specified time frame, i.e., after a period of 30 days.

How to Make a Return

To return a product, the consumer must follow these steps

  • Raise a request for return within 30 days of delivery if the purchased goods are found to be irrelevant. The seal/protection on the goods must be unbroken, and the goods must be in saleable condition.
  • Send an emailto OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD email id to raise a request for return, along with the scan copyof the original invoice and a stated reason.
  • The products must be returned to the original destination or the address proposed by the Company for accepting the return.
  • The Company will acknowledge the request within 48 working hours of submission.
  • Do not return any product before receiving confirmation from the Company. If any product is returned without confirmation, the Company does not guarantee any credit or refund for that product.
  • After receiving confirmation, the consumer must send the product duly packed.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

TAfter receiving returned products, the Quality Check team will inspect them.
If approved as an eligible return, replacement or refund will be initiated.
If not approved, the same product will be returned to the customer.
The return issue will be closed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AVAILING REFUND

Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking will receive a refund with deduction.
Refunds for payment made at C&F Store will be made into the Authorized KYC account or Account details provided by the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days from the date of refund request.

Exchange Policy

The validity period of exchange/replacement is within 30 days of receiving the order/delivery.
If there are any problems with the order or any defects, the product can be exchanged.
External Damaged Packaging visible at the time of Order Delivery should be raised with the courier company immediately.
For internal damaged packaging, the exchange request can be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
If the consumer prefers a refund instead of exchanging the product, a mail needs to be sent to OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD mail id.
The company's decision taken by the Quality Check Team will be final and binding.

How we Collect Information

OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD. may collect personal identification information from users in various ways, including when they visit the site, register, place an order, fill out a form, or subscribe to the newsletter. Personal identification information collected from users is used to fulfil their KYC requirements and may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities.

NOTE:

Cash refunds are not allowed except for explicitly stated events.
The unused item with packaging should be returned within 30 days only.

Terms and conditions for availing refund

  1. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking directly to the company authorized account, you will receive the refund with deduction into the source account within 7 to 10 workingdays from the date of receiving the products at the company sender address.
  2. For the payment made at C&F Store, you will receive the refund amount into your authorized KYC account or account details provided by you within 7 to 10 business days from the date of refund request.

Exchange policy

If you are unhappy with the product, exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of use as well as the below elaborated Exchange Policy. Please return the unused item with packaging within 30 days of receiving your order/delivery.

Exchange/replacement process

  1. Exchange/replacement at the time of delivery

    If you notice that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered, we recommend not to accept the package and give your remarks on the courier delivery sheet/docket slip/courier receipt.
    Raise a complaint with us immediately within 24 hours through the OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD mail id
    In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will dispatch a fresh product to you.

  2. Exchange/replacement after the delivery

    After delivery of the goods, if the consumer found any defect in the product condition, then he/she can raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
    For exchange, send an email to OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD mail id
    After receiving the mail, the company will process for shipment of the replacement product within 72 hours after giving the acknowledgment.

Refund in place of exchange products

If consumer received either Damaged External Packaging at the time of Order Delivery or Damaged Internal Packaging after Order Delivery: Consumer at his own discretion, approach the company for refund instead of exchanged products.
In the mentioned scenario, consumer needs to send a mail to OWM HEALTH & WEALTH PVT. LTD mail id and avail arequest for refund instead of the exchange of product.
After receiving the request and after acknowledging the products at the Company warehouse within 7 days, the company can process for the refund.
Please note that except for the events explicitly stated in this policy, you will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy. A return will only be made in the form of credit to your Bank account. With respect to the products returned by you, the decision taken by our Quality Check Team shall be considered final and binding.
